Tehodis is a coin. She's a single piece, whose worth could be argued, with two different sides. One: Her past, repressed by technology and the selfish desires of a God. Two: Her future, the potential for happiness granted by fate and choice stolen away by divine power. Neither can look at the other, the sides completely opposite, and yet neither can be complete without its pair. Tehodis finds herself on the edge of this coin, performing a dangerous dance to maintain her life while avoiding both the past, and the future.
As she fights against obsessive men, mind-controlling technology, and the ambitions of a God, Tehodis must find a way to look at both sides of the coin, and become who she is truly meant to be. While she may keep resisting, clues will continue to appear that will drag her into discovering what happened to her... And how it can be undone.

Locations
- Artavia
Tehodis was captured in her youth by the Artavia military to be used as a tool against Imperator Cowell. She was fitted with a mind controlling implant and given the code-name "Blue". When the project was ceased, she was released into the world without much memory of who she was, and with no memory of what had happened to her. The only way to solve the mystery, of course, will be to return to Artavia, where it all happened. - The Feywild
Tehodis and Endless went to the Feywild following her release from the ACACIA Project. Although they both returned with no memory of their time there, those that they met in the Feywild are certain not to forget... And Tehodis owes Haelrin, as she pledged her soul to him -- forever. - Malscure
The sole memory Tehodis has thus far uncovered about her past takes place in Malscure, at Tristan Cowell's Bloodkeep. The memory came with a vision that also took place there - and she's worried it may have more importance than she originally thought. - Rielcia
Tehodis was born and raised in Rielcia, and attended school at the Eight Veils Academy, where she met Tristan. She has no memory of her life here, other than vague memories of her father that may or may not be accurate. - Submiere
Tehodis has spent most of her life post-ACACIA Project in Submiere. Whether working for the SSPB, or with Endless Laeretti, this has been her home far more than Rielcia, or Malscure ever was. Now that she's a wanted criminal, it is unsafe for her to be in a place so alive with SSPB officers... And so home it is, no more.
People
- Endless Laeretti
Endless and Tehodis have a checkered past. From their unremembered time in the Feywild, to Tehodis arresting him upon meeting again in the present, to Endless saving Tehodis' life by bringing her to Simon and Charlotte while dying... It's complicated. Tehodis knows she may have done irreparable damage to their friendship by refusing to remember their shared past, but hopes to fix things now that she knows that his brother is still alive and well. Endless Laeretti - Haelrin
King Haelrin of the Feywild is a God of the Fey, who delights in winning, stealing, and trading in mortal souls. He agreed to a deal with Tehodis to receive her soul in return for Endless' freedom, but she was stolen away from him. He intends to collect on the deal. Haelrin is in possession of a large piece of Tehodis' soul, including both her past and her potential. Haelrin the Fey God - Markus Woodrow
Markus Woodrow holds some level of interest in Tehodis - and also an interest in keeping her from remembering her past. It seems this began, in some way at least, as a way to manipulate Tristan Cowell. He gave her a job with the SSPB, and has now developed somewhat of an obsession with her. In addition, Woodrow has made a deal with one Thomas Dunn... And now Woodrow knows that Tom has a certain level of control over Tehodis. Markus Woodrow - Thomas Dunn
Thomas is a doctor, and an experimental scientist. His key passion over the last ten to fifteen years? Mind control. Tehodis was just one subject of many, but one of decent value. For this reason, Dunn has decided he wants to keep a closer eye on her - and potentially take her back for further experiments, especially now that he knows Woodrow wants her, too. Thomas Dunn - Tristan Cowell
Prior to her abduction and indoctrination into the ACACIA Project, Tehodis was engaged to marry Tristan Cowell. She has little memory of him from this time in her life, and instead remembers him as a man who has been trying to stalk her, and who ruins her life at every turn. She has managed to evade him since their last encounter in Malscure, and hopes to keep it that way. Tristan Cowell - Vincent Laeretti
Vincent was the only person at the SSPB who offered Tehodis respect, and he remains the only person there that she respects. Like it seems with many others she has connected with, Tehodis owes Vincent her life - and more than that, as he aids her in breaking through Tom's implant. Of course, getting back at Tom might be worth it for Vincent, but Tehodis intends to reunite Vincent with his brother Endless. Vincent Laeretti - Charlotte Firiana
Tehodis and Charlotte met in Simon Foster's cottage, though it was not the first time Charlotte 'saw' Tehodis, having had a vision of her misfortune in her meeting with Markus Woodrow. Their meeting forced Tehodis to come to terms with her divination and the truth of memories that have been hiding away... Though in the end, Tehodis chose ignorance. Tehodis has great concern for the work Charlotte is attempting to do in the world, and is interested in any way she can assist. Charlotte Firiana - Kikuriku Gouken
Upon first meeting, Tehodis felt an immediate connection to Kikuriku Gouken. She'd have to admit that he's completely different from everyone else she's met, and - like so many others she's met - she owes him her life. But she has a way to help him (finally! Someone she can really help!), and isn't going to stop looking until she finds his mother, even at great personal risk. Kikuriku Gouken - Rill
Rill is a fairy scout who Tehodis and Endless befriended in the Feywild. He helped the two escape, and was imprisoned for it. Unbeknownst to Tehodis, he's back on the material plane, and still trying to help them. Rill - Simon Foster
Tehodis met Simon when brought to his cottage in the hopes of receiving a lifesaving remedy. While they did not develop much in the way of a personal relationship, Tehodis recognizes that she owes Simon her life. She would prefer not to leave that debt unpaid, even if she helped to save his from Spider Eels. Simon - Tinypaw Fuzzywhiskers
This fairy is working for Haelrin and attempting to hunt down Tehodis using a piece of her soul in the form of a dogwhistle. Tinypaw - ACACIAs Green, Black, and White
The other three living ACACIAs from Tehodis' part of Tom's project, Tehodis doesn't quite remember these three. They have a sordid history together, however. Acacia-Black Acacia-Green Sabela - Maeve
One of Woodrow's servants. Maeve may have saved Tehodis' life by casting a transmutation spell on her that slows the progression of the curse through her body. - Nathaniel Kitai
Tehodis' brother Nathaniel is invested in Tehodis' relationship with Tristan Cowell, though moreso in controlling Tristan. He knows his sister is the only way he can regain that kind of control. - Plague
Tehodis and Endless arrested this pirate in the streets of Eersaeb, not knowing that she would be sent off to Thomas Dunn in order to be fitted with an ACACIA implant. Though she had no other choice but to leave the girl behind during "International Waters", Tehodis doesn't want anyone to suffer the way that she has... So Tehodis plans to find the girl and help her be free... But first, she needs to free herself. - Sybelle
Sybelle is a dark fairy who delights in the misery of others, and works for Haelrin. She happily encouraged Tehodis' decision to sell her soul to Haelrin.
Objects
- Tehodis' Journal
Within her private quarters in Tristan Cowell's castle - the Bloodkeep - are her many belongings from prior to her abduction. Among them, a locked box containing a journal. This journal could prove to be the key in forcing Tehodis to remember. - The Chip
Inside of Tehodis' head, beneath a scar she believes she received from a fall, is a chip implanted into her by Thomas Dunn. This chip is part of the reason her mind is blocked - though her will is the rest of the reason. Thomas believes he can improve on this chip - he just has to get at it. Still, he does have some minor control over her with it. - The Dogwhistle
Haelrin gave Tinypaw Fuzzywhiskers a piece of Tehodis' soul, which took the form of a dogwhistle.

Desperate Times
5152: 12th of the Scales of Judgment, Midnight
Continuing directly from “Informant”, Endless Laeretti arrives at Markus Woodrow II’s home. There, Woodrow interrogates Endless (who he knows as Artemis) to determine why Tehodis would have asked for him, and what help he might be able to give. After discovering what he needs to know about Simon’s cottage, the two return to Tehodis and find the physican has amputated her arm in an attempt to stop the curse. Being a Kina, this stops nothing.
Woodrow calls for one of his servants, a transmuter named Maeve, who he commands to assist Tehodis. Maeve then transmutes what remains of Tehodis’ arm to wood, permitting them more time to get to Simon.
Under Tehodis’ desperate plea, Endless takes Tehodis to the docks, leaving Woodrow behind. Endless makes a promise he will return, under threat of being hunted, and losing his material possessions.

Directly following the events of “Black Soul” Charlotte Firiana takes Tehodis to Boiss in order to gather some magical implements. Tehodis is still reeling from the events and though delicate, has not yet processed the trauma of the curse, or her amputated arm.

Catching Up
5152: 13th of the Scales of Judgment, Evening
Directly following the events of “Black Soul”, Tehodis and Charlotte Firiana enter this thread directly following the events of “A Journey of Sisterhood”. The two women arrive in the swamp to find Endless Laeretti and Simon Foster attacked by Spider Eels. The two women assist in saving them, Charlotte using her multitude of magical powers and Tehodis using a combination of Vincent’s training, and divination magic. Her intuition seems to work with her missing arm, creating a white mist-like arm, which reacts to threats.
Later, the four of them return to Simon’s cottage where everyone is able to tend to their wounds and hurt pride. Simon brews a tea, the thing they went into the dangerous swamps to gather ingredients for, and Tehodis learns Endless intends to recover his memory of their time from the Feywild. Not wishing to face her past, Tehodis leaves the room with a start and goes outside. Charlotte once again attempts to help her.
At the end of the evening, Charlotte and Tehodis share a room together. When Charlotte goes to sleep, Tehodis slowly attempts to undress herself with one arm, and observes the horrific traces of the curse along her body. Her missing arm a blackened stump, and dark grey scarred veins running across the left side of her body, she cries herself into an unrestful trance.

International Waters
5152: 12th of the Winter Storm, Midday
Still coping with the trauma from her curse and amputation, Tehodis keeps to herself onboard the Noble Eastwind on the way to Aissic for the Festival of Peace. To avoid others, she decide to bring herself down into the baggage hold, where she stumbles across Kikuriku Gouken. The two quickly hit it off, and Tehodis finds herself happier than she has been in some time.
Hearing about Kikuriku’s missing mother, Tehodis decides to help him. She brings him to her quarters along with a large number of files, which she goes over. As they look for clues, Vincent Laeretti decides to check on her. The two talk, and Tehodis reveals Markus Woodrow II’s unsavoury behaviour. Kikuriku, sick of waiting, reveals himself and encourages Vincent to do something about it - with his help, of course.
Eventually it is decided that Vincent will take Tehodis to speak with Woodrow, and Vincent quickly dispatches Kikuriku with restraints. Partway to Woodrow’s quarters, Tehodis realizes she is missing the file which details Woodrow’s offenses. Not wanting to forget in the heat of the moment, she goes back - and encounters Thomas Dunn. Tom plants a suggestion in Tehodis’ mind, planning to use her to better control Woodrow.
Kikuriku, still in the room, overhears this. He confronts Tehodis about it, but she insists everything is fine, and asks him to stay. He says he will, but instead tags along in her shadow and tries to communicate with Vincent.
