Arzuul Laritet is the Captain of Elias Harel's Black Cloaks. He's described in canon HERE as sadistic, and a lover of mysteries. His biggest project would likely be rooting out all of the Eurydians - the revolutionary group trying to take Elias Harel down - but he enjoys taking on bounties in his spare time as well.[break][break]
Any changes to the character based on the above aren't up to me! Mellie and endy made the character, so hit them up if you want to adjust him in any way. I'm open to most things... I basically want us to get a strong thing going between Elias, Sabela and Arzuul, to give us some awesome roleplaying opportunities. (I would also love to see Wekesa Blackspot of The Eurydians taken up, or for anyone to make a character part of that group)
